58.红菲鱼白菜汤
买2条生猛红菲鱼,剐好后,撒些盐花腌过,稍煎香,赞下3大碗清水,4片姜,改用煲盛着滚。白菜480克,洗净,加在红菲鱼内同滚至焾,汤水更鲜美。

58. Red herring Fish and Cabbage Soup
Buy 2 fresh red herring fish, clean them, sprinkle with some salt, and marinate
for a while. Lightly pan-fry until fragrant. Add 3 large bowls of water,
4 slices of ginger, and simmer in a pot until boiling. Add 480g of cabbage,
clean and chopped, and cook together with the red herring fish until tender. The soup
